PRODUCTION LINE LEAD

Location: Twinsburg
PAY: $19-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Line Lead for our 1st shift Manufacturing Plant in Twinsburg. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, monitoring production flow, and ensuring products are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production line activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Train, support, and monitor production employees to ensure procedures are followed correctly.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and workflow while addressing production issues and keeping the line running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while promoting teamwork and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production goals.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow quality standards and company procedures.

Schedule & Compensation

• $19-$20 per hour
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
