Bilingual Collection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, results oriented Collections Specialist to support our industrial/warehouse operations in a fully onsite position at our Carrollton, TX office. In this position, you will manage accounts receivable, navigate retail vendor portals, and secure payments from our business clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, deep experience with EDI software, and a professional demeanor to maintain positive client relationships while recovering company funds.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial (B2B) collections experience.
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EDI systems, and various retail vendor platforms.
Pre-Employment Screening: Must successfully pass a Drug Test and a Level 1 Background Check.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo E-Verify screening.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of professional conflict resolution.
