Pay Rate: $24 -$27 /hr

Location: 150 55th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220

Hours: Overnight Shift - 10pm-6am

 Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Overnight Distribution Supervisor for a leading healthcare organization in New York. This individual will be responsible for overseeing overnight distribution and logistics operations within a fast-paced hospital environment. The role will focus on managing inventory levels, coordinating the movement and delivery of critical medical supplies, supervising distribution personnel, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple departments. Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment
• Experience supervising a team
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Associate's degree
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills

Plusses:

• Healthcare distribution or hospital supply chain experience
• Union environment experience

Day-to-Day:

• Oversee daily operations and distribution of medical supplies throughout the hospital
• Monitor supply usage and ensure adequate inventory levels
• Manage receiving, tracking, loading, unloading, and electronic logging of stock
• Coordinate delivery of medical supplies, linens, and other materials to clinical and non-clinical departments
• Supervise distribution staff and ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Maintain compliance with organizational distribution best practices
• Resolve operational and inventory issues as they arise
• Ensure efficient workflow and support hospital operations during overnight hours
