46 Weeks Paid Training on 1st Shift

We are hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing team in York County. This role includes 46 weeks of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to permanent 2nd shift. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, production experience, or a desire to learn industrial machine operation.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial machinery
• Load raw materials and remove finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Adjust machine settings and make minor corrections
• Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify accuracy
• Complete production paperwork and daily reporting
• Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Work with your team to hit nightly production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently on a fastpaced line
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for 46 weeks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
