Position: Assemblers
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: University Park, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Assemblers to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Rotate between departments and work centers (bench work, assembly machines, rolling lathes) to support production
• Review component parts for accuracy and condition before assembly
• Set up, change over, operate, and adjust equipment for assembly tasks (spin riveting, sealing, piston rod assembly)
• Assemble subassemblies and complete units, ensuring proper alignment and mating of parts
• Inspect finished units, perform leak tests, and package according to instructions
• Rework defective products as needed and maintain an organized work area
• Communicate equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read/write in English and follow blueprints and instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute requests
