CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

Location: West Chicago, IL

Protouch Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential CILA setting.

Position Details

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Location: West Chicago, IL

• Shifts: Days / Nights

• Employment Type: Full-Time / Per Diem opportunities may be available

• Start: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities

• Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior to the RN, LPN, or House Manager

• Follow individualized care plans and assigned duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

• Provide emotional support and encourage independence

• Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities when required

• Document care provided accurately and timely

Requirements

• Active CNA certification

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience

• Experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental disabilities preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
