Job Description

Seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior escalation resource while supporting modernization and automation initiatives.

5+ years of IT support experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and enterprise applications.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar technologies.
PowerShell scripting experience.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
