The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple business functions to help ensure products and processes meet established standards, support issue resolution, and drive improvements that enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining product and process documentation, inspection criteria, and operational procedures.
- Support internal compliance activities, record management, and process reviews.
- Partner with production and support teams to investigate issues, identify contributing factors, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Work closely with customer-facing personnel and operations teams to address concerns and maintain strong service levels.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts related to product, process, or supplier-related matters.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and participate in initiatives designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and waste reduction.
- Support disposition and resolution processes for material or product concerns and assist in tracking corrective actions through completion.
- Coordinate testing activities and maintain associated records and reporting requirements.
- Review incoming materials and work with external partners to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Participate in supplier onboarding, evaluation, and periodic review activities.
- Track vendor performance metrics and contribute to supplier improvement initiatives.
- Conduct assessments of business processes, operational controls, and partner compliance activities.
- Collaborate with environmental, health, and safety stakeholders to support adherence to workplace standards.
- Build productive relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Contribute to projects focused on workflow optimization, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related discipline.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, operations, or continuous improvement environments.
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving techniques and process-improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with documentation, compliance requirements, audits, or process reviews is beneficial.
- Professional certifications related to operations, quality, project management, or continuous improvement are advantageous but not required.
This role is based within a combination office and production setting and requires the ability to:
- Move throughout the facility as needed to support operational activities.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Utilize computer systems and business software on a regular basis.
- Be present on-site at the Dallas-area facility.
