Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects

• Experience with underground utility construction, including waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains, and related infrastructure

• Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements

• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals

• Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel

• Ability to review plans and specifications, identify potential conflicts, and develop practical solutions

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and sequencing for water and wastewater projects

• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondence

• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively with superintendents, foremen, field engineers, and project teams

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software

• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Arizona as needed

• Valid driver's license required
