Field Service Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Field Services Technician to provide onsite support in a healthcare environment. This individual will assist with day-to-day field services operations, including hardware deployment, equipment setup, inventory management, and direct end-user support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where they will spend a significant amount of time moving throughout the facility supporting end users and technology initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1-3 years previous desktop support, field services, or hardware deployment experience preferred. Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft applications. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Strong customer service and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with asset management and hardware refresh projects Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
