• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, clarify needs, and convert business expectations into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership groups to maintain alignment, resolve roadblocks, and support successful delivery milestones.
• Track progress against schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies while providing clear status updates and escalation points as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and reviews to drive accountability, decision-making, and timely completion of key tasks.
• Apply structured project management practices across Agile or traditional environments using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and related platforms.
• Assess operational, compliance, audit, and control considerations throughout the project lifecycle to support delivery within financial services standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced setting while adjusting priorities to meet deadlines and changing business demands.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of project management experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives within business operations, information technology, or similar environments.
• Background managing projects in banking, consumer finance, or other financial services settings, ideally including personal lending-related work.
• Demonstrated success overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements and turn them into actionable project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across business teams, technical groups, vendors, and leadership.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, and related platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in regulated and fast-moving environments.
