Operations Associate

A respected financial services firm is seeking an Operations Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with banking, customer service, business, or accounting experience who wants to build a long-term career in financial services.

What You'll Do:

• Support client accounts and operational processes
• Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, wires, and transactions
• Assist with client meetings, reporting, and tax documentation
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, and internal teams
• Help maintain accurate records and provide exceptional client service

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong customer service or client-facing experience
• Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Banking, accounting, finance, or investment operations experience is a plus
• Excel and CRM experience preferred
