Staff Pharmacist

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Rotating day/evening shifts, including every other weekend
Compensation: Up to $74.50/hr for Staff Pharmacists; up to $80/hr for Pharmacy Managers
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for Staff Pharmacists and up to $50,000 for Pharmacy Managers, depending on location and eligibility

We are seeking licensed Pharmacists to join a well-supported pharmacy team with opportunities available across Western Pennsylvania. Multiple Staff Pharmacist, Float Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager, and Healthcare Services Pharmacist opportunities are available.

• Patient Consultation & Care: Serve as a trusted healthcare resource by providing accessible, compassionate consultation on medications, administration, potential side effects, and cost-effective treatment options.

• Clinical Services & Immunizations: Support patient health screenings, immunization programs, and other clinical pharmacy services.

• Physician Collaboration: Conduct outbound communication with physicians to clarify prescriptions, coordinate care plans, optimize medication therapy, and address medication access barriers.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide daily direction and support to pharmacy technicians, including workflow guidance, training, and ongoing development.

• Dispensing & Pharmacy Operations: Oversee medication dispensing and back-end pharmacy operations while maintaining accuracy, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and appropriate inventory management.

• Patient Support: Deliver a positive patient experience while working efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

• Active Pharmacist license

• PharmD degree/license

• Authorization to Administer Injectable Medications, or willingness to obtain authorization

• Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required

• New PharmD graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment

• Full-time schedules

• Most locations utilize 10- or 12-hour shifts

• Combination of day and evening shifts

• Shifts may rotate based on location needs

• Schedules are typically provided approximately 3 weeks in advance

• Every other weekend is expected

• Overtime is available with no set cap, providing significant additional earning potential

• Staff Pharmacists: Up to $74.50/hour

• Pharmacy Managers: Up to $80/hour

You'll receive a structured training program that typically lasts approximately 3 weeks, with additional training available based on individual needs. Pharmacists will have access to a dedicated mentor, Pharmacy Manager, and additional leadership resources throughout the onboarding process.
