TOPS Staffing is hiring multiple Production and Manufacturing employees for a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Butler, PA.

Whether you have years of manufacturing experience or are looking to get your foot in the door, our client is willing to consider all experience levels, including entry-level candidates.

Schedule
Daylight: - $16hr
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Afternoon/Night: $20hr
Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-3:00 AM

Training:
All new employees must be available to train on the daylight shift for approximately 2 weeks.

Current Openings
We are hiring for a variety of positions throughout the manufacturing operation, including:

• CNC Cutting Table Operator
• Industrial Router/Sander Operator
• Bender Machine Operator
• Saw Operator
• Material Handler
• Assembly
• Finishing & Packaging
• Overhead Crane Operator
• Truck Loading & Unloading

You don't need experience in every area. The company is willing to train candidates who have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to push and pull loaded carts throughout the facility
