Salary: $65,000–$85,000/year

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Laboratory Supervisor – Analytical Chemistry to oversee laboratory operations, staff, analytical testing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong chromatography experience (IC, GC, LC-MS/MS) and a solid understanding of cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train analytical laboratory staff.
• Review analytical data and test results for accuracy and compliance.
• Support CAPA, SOP, safety, and quality programs.
• Manage scheduling, workload, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot laboratory/instrument issues.
• Recommend improvements to laboratory procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience with IC, GC, and/or LC-MS/MS.
• Strong cGMP, communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
