We are seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Technician skilled in low voltage switchgear, electrical testing, and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role responsible for testing electrical equipment, interpreting schematics and blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring panels are operating properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-voltage switchgear and electrical testing
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings
• Test and operate electrical panels
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Perform manual testing using appropriate test equipment
• Verify equipment is functioning properly and meets requirements
• Assist with wiring and other electrical work as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical testing experience
• Experience with low-voltage switchgear testing
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Wiring and electrical assembly experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Kearny, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
