Seeking an IBM MQ & Solace Technology Lead/SRE with strong enterprise messaging, middleware administration, and production support experience.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n

4+ years of IT experience with IBM MQ, Solace, middleware, or infrastructure.

\n

Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ v8/v9+ and Solace PubSub+.

\n

IBM MQ: Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Clusters.

\n

Solace: Message VPNs, Queues, Topics, ACLs, Client Profiles.

\n

Linux/UNIX/AIX, shell scripting, SSL/TLS, authentication and access controls.

\n

Production monitoring/troubleshooting using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus or similar tools.

\n

Experience with incident management, outage support, RCA, change management, HA/DR, and failover.

\n

Strong communication, documentation, and onsite/offshore team coordination skills.

\n

IBM MQ/Solace certification is a plus.

\n
