We’re partnering with a leading high-frequency trading technology company that is looking for a Design Verification Engineer to join its hardware R&D team.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity to work on highly complex, performance-critical hardware where nanoseconds matter. You’ll help verify custom digital systems designed to accelerate trading decisions and push hardware performance and latency to its technological limits.

\n

\n

You’ll join a globally distributed engineering team with significant ownership over the complete solution, working closely with RTL, FPGA and software engineers throughout development.

\n

\n

What You’ll Be Doing

\n

\n

\n
• Develop and execute verification strategies for complex digital hardware designs.
\n
• Build system-level and block-level UVM testbenches.
\n
• Collaborate closely with RTL and software engineers to validate complex systems.
\n
• Develop automated verification environments that enable rapid development and fast turnaround.
\n
• Create and maintain regression testing and automation frameworks.
\n
• Debug complex RTL and verification issues.
\n
• Work with industry-standard EDA simulation and verification tools.
\n
• Develop scripts and tooling to improve verification efficiency.
\n
• Contribute to verification methodology and processes across the wider hardware team.

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
\n
• 3+ years of hardware design verification experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with UVM.
\n
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog / Verilog.
\n
• Experience developing both system-level and block-level testbenches.
\n
• Experience using industry-standard third-party EDA tools.
\n

This would suit a Verification Engineer who enjoys technically challenging hardware and wants to apply UVM/SystemVerilog verification to systems where latency, performance and reliability have a direct real-world impact.
