\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide hands-on functional expertise across SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). \n
- Configure, maintain, and support organizational structures, organizational units, jobs, positions, reporting relationships, and employee assignments. \n
- Configure and support Personnel Administration and employee master-data processes, including hiring, rehire, transfers, organizational changes, and terminations. \n
- Support configuration and maintenance of relevant PA and OM infotypes. \n
- Ensure effective integration between OM and PA, including employee-to-position and organizational assignments. \n
- Analyze HR/business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional solutions and specifications. \n
- Troubleshoot functional and master-data issues across PA and OM and perform root-cause analysis. \n
- Work closely with HR business users, ABAP developers, integration teams, and other SAP functional teams. \n
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom developments. \n
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support. \n
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and mass employee/organizational changes. \n
- Provide production support and resolve business-critical HCM issues. \n
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user guides. \n
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and support business users. \n
- These responsibilities are also consistent with external PA/OM roles that emphasize end-to-end PA/OM consulting, HR master data, organizational structures, functional specifications, workshops, and user training. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and HCM Organizational Management (OM). \n
- Strong understanding of PA-OM integration. \n
- Hands-on experience with HR master data and organizational structures. \n
- Good understanding of organizational units, jobs, positions, relationships, and employee organizational assignments. \n
- Experience configuring and supporting PA/OM business processes and relevant infotypes. \n
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle, including Hire, Rehire, Transfer/Organizational Change and Termination. \n
- Experience gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications. \n
- Strong production-support and troubleshooting experience. \n
- Good experience with functional, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing. \n
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain SAP HCM solutions in functional/business terms. \n
Pay and Benefits:
\nPay Range Minimum: $108,000 per year
\nPay Range Maximum: $177,000 per year

\nCompensation and Benefits
\nA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
