Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I am a stay at home mom, but I need some part time help with my 3 daughters so that I can exercise and work on personal projects. We have 2 cats. It would also be nice if the nanny is comfortable with light-house work like loading the dishwasher and preparing lunch for the kids. Most importantly, we practice gentle parenting in our home, so the person needs to be comfortable with expressive kids and with helping kids work through strong emotions in a healthy way.
