Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our 10-month-old twins. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, does not smoke and is CPR certified. Usually hardest part is their naps and when they get tried around the same time. I also have a rough schedule that I'll share but looking for an energetic nanny to help us on the weekends :) We're flexible on hours, as much help we can get, as early as 6 a.m. and until 9 p.m. At least 10hours in that time range would be super helpful.
