Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield | Wakefield, MA
$48–$52/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. You'll work with residents on the physical skills they need for safer movement, whether they're recovering from a hospital stay or managing a longer-term condition.
What You'll Do
Assess residents' mobility and establish measurable treatment goals
Provide therapy addressing walking, transfers, strength, and balance
Adjust treatment plans as residents improve or their needs change
Document care and share recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
