HOME HEALTH AIDE NEEDED - 20 HOURS A WEEK

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, responsible and making a difference home health aide to provide one-on-one total care for a female client in Dade City, Florida.

This is an opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position or additional hours. Female caregivers are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

5 hours per day | 4 days per week | Approximately 20 hours per week

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Provide total care to the patient
• Follow the patient’s established Plan of Care
• Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain a safe environment
• Administer medications as ordered and within the applicable scope of practice
• Assist with proper positioning and repositioning
• Complete all required documentation
• Communicate effectively regarding the patient’s care and condition
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Caring, respectful, compassionate, and responsible
• Ability to provide companionship, guidance, and supervision while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
