Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Bear Mountain of Sudbury | Sudbury, MA
$33–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is seeking a COTA for Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll work with residents on the everyday activities they want to do more independently, providing hands-on treatment as part of a collaborative rehab team.
What You'll Do
Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Help residents practice self-care, coordination, and functional activities
Observe progress and share updates with the OT
Document treatment and communicate with the care team
