Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Shift: Day Shift Only – Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM as needed

At our City of Industry facility, we are committed to quality, safety, and excellence in the production of premium hand tools and equipment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, or finished products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications. This position requires a strong focus on quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, or assembly equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and specifications.
- Inspect and test components or finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company safety policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, if needed.
