Pay Rate
Local: $2,325 – $2,437/week
Traveler: $2,500 – $2,583/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in an acute-care hospital setting, with the ability to support both inpatient and outpatient care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist experience.

• Acute-care hospital experience preferred.

• Experience providing rehabilitation services.

• Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services.

• Perform therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Provide care in inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned.

• Float between inpatient and outpatient departments based on facility needs.

• Support safe patient mobility and functional independence.
