Homeside Rehab is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) for a home care opportunity in Orange Park, FL 32073.

This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to add flexible home care cases to their existing schedule. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus.

Position Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) / Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

• Location: Orange Park, FL 32073

• Job Type: Part-Time / Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services according to the established plan of care

• OTAs will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve function, independence, and performance of daily activities

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and clinical team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team

Requirements

• Active Florida OT or OTA license, as applicable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent visit schedule

• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time

• Home care experience preferred but not required
