Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. You'll work with residents at different stages of recovery, helping them improve how they move and build confidence in the activities that matter to them.
What You'll Do
Assess mobility and set meaningful, measurable treatment goals
Provide therapy for balance, strength, walking, and transfers
Check progress regularly and revise treatment when needed
Share updates with residents, families, and the care team while maintaining accurate records
