Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

$33–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is hiring a COTA at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. In this role, you'll turn occupational therapy plans into hands-on sessions that help residents manage daily tasks with greater ease and confidence.
What You'll Do
Deliver treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Practice dressing, grooming, coordination, and other functional skills with residents
Identify barriers during treatment and share observations with the supervising OT
Record each session and stay connected with the wider care team
