Bear Mountain of Sudbury | Sudbury, MA
$45–$48/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll help residents work toward greater independence with the tasks that shape their day, using treatment that reflects each person's needs and goals.
What You'll Do
Assess residents' daily living skills and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on self-care, upper body function, and safe routines
Introduce adaptive strategies or equipment when appropriate
Document progress and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
