As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer satisfaction for our elderly patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication management, and ambulation

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required

• Must be able to pass a full background and driving record check prior to employment

• Must have access to a car for transportation and current auto insurance

• Certification as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (free training and certification available)
