Logistics Coordinator

Compensation: 50K-60K based on experience

Overview:

Job Duties: 

• Pick, pack, and assemble orders; perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate machine movements, unpacking/crating, demo equipment, and warehouse activities.
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate with freight carriers, track shipments, and manage shipping documentation.
• Reconcile incoming/outgoing shipments and resolve inventory or delivery discrepancies.
• Assist with facility maintenance, organization, and warehouse safety.
• Support additional operations projects as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification required.
• Experience with warehouse, inventory, logistics, or transportation operations.
• ERP/WMS experience preferred; Great Plains, Excel, FedEx/UPS software, and Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
