$46–$51/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake in Cherry Hill. You'll help residents make progress with movement and mobility through treatment that reflects their needs and goals.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans
Provide treatment focused on strength, balance, walking, and safe transfers
Reassess progress and adjust plans as residents' abilities change
Document care and coordinate with nursing and fellow therapists
