Role Overview

A growing pediatric therapy practice is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a collaborative clinical team in the San Marcos, TX area.

Two scheduling options are available:

• San Marcos: Full-time at the San Marcos clinic
• San Marcos + Schertz: Full-time split between both clinic locations
• Part or full-time available

This is an opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload while receiving mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Benefits and Compensation

• OTR: $70,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, based on a 40-hour work week

• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out time or PPV depending on preference

Requirements

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license
