Non Cert Bio-Med Tech, FT

 The  Non cert Biomed Tech independently performs routine and moderately complex maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment. This role handles system calibration, preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and supports senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of medical devices.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with moderate complexity.
  
  
• Assist in equipment testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance actions.
  
  
• Participate in equipment installation and validation projects.
  
  
• Assist Biomed 2 with training or technical guidance for Biomed un certified.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to facility emergencies as required.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Good working knowledge of clinical devices and biomedical systems.
  
  
• Ability to perform independent maintenance and moderate troubleshooting.
  
  
• Familiarity with medical equipment safety and documentation standards.
