Code Ninjas Center Director

About Us
Code Ninjas is where kids ages 5–14 learn to code, build video games, and explore robotics in a fun, game-based environment. Our center (we call it a "Dojo") helps kids build problem-solving, logic, and confidence skills that last a lifetime. We're looking for an energetic, organized leader to run our center and grow our community.

The Role
As Center Director, you'll own the day-to-day success of the Dojo, from leading a team of Code Senseis to building relationships with families and driving enrollment. You'll be the face of Code Ninjas in our community.

What You'll Do

• Lead, hire, train, and schedule a team of Code Senseis (instructors) and part-time staff
• Create a safe, positive, high-energy learning environment for students ("Ninjas")
• Drive enrollment through tours, trial sessions, parent follow-ups, and community events
• Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and local organizations
• Plan and run camps, clubs, Parents' Night Out, and birthday parties
• Track student progress and communicate updates to families
• Manage center operations, including billing, retention, inventory, and reporting
• Meet monthly enrollment and retention goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in management, education, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with sales conversations and goal-driven work
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn; coding knowledge is a plus but not required
• Availability for afternoons, evenings, and some Saturdays
• Must pass a background check
