Job Title: Line Leader

Location: Vineland, NJ

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st and 2nd shift (overtime as needed)

Job Summary:

The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role acts as a key point of coordination between team members and supervisors, helping to maintain productivity while fostering a positive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of production workers on the line to meet daily production goals
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards
• Train new employees on processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines
• Track production output and report performance metrics to supervisors
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize waste

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed

Work Environment:

• Industrial/manufacturing setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures and production equipment
• Requires standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
