Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our close-knit team. As an RN at Junction Point Post Acute, you will provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, as well as state, federal, and local guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met

• Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting

• Follow company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction

• Document any changes in patients' conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or any other noticeable changes

• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs

• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges

• Make rounds with physicians when necessary

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in practicing state

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one

• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required
