Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our nursing department, assisting with the daily management of residents' nursing needs and overseeing direct care staff. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Stillwater Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Community, you will:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support

• Participate in the development and implementation of resident-centered care plans

• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion throughout the community

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily nursing needs of residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care

• Supervise and support direct care staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents, and develop and implement care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in RI

• CPR Certified

• 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care (Preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
