Job Title: Buildings Housekeeper - Temporary

Position Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning public areas to the established cleanliness standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and a safe environment for guests, associates, property owners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain cleanliness of Hilltop Lakes buildings for a safe and pleasant experience. 
• Clean windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures, in public areas, and hallways. 
• Clean toilets, sinks, and mirrors for sanitary for guest in public restrooms and associates' restrooms.
• Replace amenities; such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 
• Wash hard floor areas (linoleum, tile, etc.) to remove dirt. 
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings. 
• Vacuum public areas, offices, and hallways. 
• Ensure all lights are working properly and report any safety concerns or maintenance needed to management. 
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
