Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Admission to join our team at Onyx Care of Bernice, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation services. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Admission will play a vital role in developing and leading our admissions strategy, ensuring seamless transitions for our patients, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to drive business growth and ensure optimal bed capacity

• Collaborate with hospital and healthcare partners to build strong relationships and ensure successful referrals

• Lead and manage a team of admissions professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent patient service and high-quality referrals

• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform admissions strategies and stay ahead of the competition

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

• Monitor and report on admissions metrics, including volume, source, and quality, to identify areas for improvement
