Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

My wife and I are expecting our third - due date November 18th. Our daughter just turned 4 and has started pre-school, and son will be 2 in November. They're the sweetest, happiest, funniest, cutest kids ever - I'm biased, but just saying. They love to play outside - swings/playground, bikes/scooters, etc. puzzles, arts & crafts, dance parties, music... I'm a business owner, my wife is a stay at home mom. I'm looking for a caregiver that we can depend on, somebody that can build a relationship with our kids, and us. We're flexible on days/hours - help in the mornings, some afternoons, and occasional evenings for date nights.
