Position: Retail Sales Marketing Representative- Represent our Company and brand at one of our Big Box Retail Locations. Engage with shoppers and schedule FREE estimates for windows, doors, and roofing. Training provided.
Requirements
▪ Outgoing personality; retail, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus
▪ Fluent in English and Spanish
▪ Reliable transportation (car/truck)
▪ Friendly and outgoing personality
▪ Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
▪ Motivated and dependable
Responsibilities
▪ Greet and engage customers at the kiosk
▪ Start friendly conversations with shoppers
▪ Schedule free estimates and appointments
Compensation:
▪ Earn $40K-$90K (Appointment Bonus and Sale Bonus)
