NOW HIRING: Inside Sales Representative

Enjoy working with people and helping bring home improvement projects to life? We’re looking for a motivated inside sales representative to help grow our custom granite and stone countertop business.

What you’ll do:

• Help homeowners, contractors, and builders select countertops.
• Respond to phone calls, messages, and showroom inquiries.
• Prepare estimates using our estimating software.
• Follow up on quotes and turn inquiries into sales.
• Keep customer and job information organized.
• Coordinate with our team to keep customers informed throughout their projects.
• Build customer relationships and develop new business.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, professional communication.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning estimating software.
• Self-motivated and focused on sales and customer service.
• Sales or home improvement experience is helpful. Granite industry experience is not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Compensation: Commission-based compensation, with commission earned on eligible completed jobs after customer payment has been collected. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
