DeliveryDriver/Helper

The Delivery Driver/Helper transports and delivers furniture and appliances using planned routes and a mobile delivery app. Working as a driver with a dedicated helper, this role handles heavy items with lifting equipment, completes in-home assembly, and provides professional customer service throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and navigate delivery routes efficiently.
• Load, handle, and deliver furniture and appliances.
• Use lifting equipment to safely manage heavy items.
• Complete in-home assembly as required.
• Collect and submit proof of delivery.
• Use the mobile delivery app to document deliveries.
• Coordinate with the dedicated helper throughout each delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide attentive service.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of furniture or appliance experience.
• Route navigation skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Customer-service experience.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
