Job Description
NOW HIRING: PART-TIME LINE CHEF AT MR. GRIFF’S! Looking for experienced grill line. We are not fast food. We’re a cheesesteak and hoagie shop. I pay based off of a similar set up. I will talk pay with the right candidate & the right skills.
Mr. Griff’s in Panama City is a family-owned, very family-friendly restaurant serving Philly cheesesteaks with a fun sports atmosphere. We’re looking for a dependable Line Chef who takes pride in great food and a clean kitchen.
We value family, kindness, teamwork, and making everyone feel welcome.
Responsibilities include:
• Working the grill and fryer.
• Preparing orders consistently and following portion sizes.
• Keeping our open kitchen spotless, organized, and stocked.
• Following food safety practices.
• Completing prep, opening, and closing duties.
• Working with servers to keep service running smoothly.
Our ideal teammate is reliable, positive, willing to learn, and focused during busy shifts. Restaurant and grill experience preferred.
