Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Washington State
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Completion of specialty-specific skills checklist and competency exam
- Comprehensive health screenings including TB testing, MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B immunity documentation
- Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check clearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to team-oriented care
