Coverage: Call Only
Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts
Provider Pay: $200/hour | $2,400 per 12-hour shift
Pay Ranking: TOP 10% – PREMIUM MARKET PAY

HPA Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for select November and Christmas locum tenens coverage in Tarboro, North Carolina.

This is a call-only opportunity providing pediatric inpatient, Level II Intermediate Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery coverage. The assignment offers a relatively low patient census, APP support and no ICU responsibilities.

Assignment Highlights

• Pay Ranking: TOP 10% – Premium Market Pay
• $200/hour provider compensation
• $2,400 per 12-hour shift
• 7 × 12-hour shifts available
• Call-only coverage
• Day and night shifts
• Level II Intermediate Care Nursery
• Newborn Nursery
• Average inpatient census: 3–5
• Approximately 1 admission per day
• Approximately 1 admission per night
• No ICU responsibilities
• Advanced Practice Provider support
• Support from Maynard Children’s Hospital in Greenville
• NRP required
• PALS or APLS required
