Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have an older English bull dog, she is 8, likes to stroll along, has bad leg and gets tired, but can go a couple blocks, a good half an hour, will stop when tired and rest. Needs the walk mentally as well as physically to poop. She will poop a couple of times and will try and pee on every tree or lawn.
