Panel Assembler

Location: Mineola, TX
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday with Some Saturdays Required
Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking reliable and skilled Panel Assemblers to build and wire electrical control panels used in manufacturing equipment for a client in the Mineola, TX area. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience, strong wiring skills, and the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and schematics
• Install electrical components including relays, terminal blocks, switches, and breakers
• Route and connect wiring neatly and accurately
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of completed panels
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Complete assigned production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• 1+ years Previous panel assembly, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with wiring and diagnostic experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Proven work history with at least 2 years of tenure at previous employer(s)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
